SATA cable is a cable that connects computer components to storage. The Vention KDDRD is a 0.5 meter long cable with seven gold-plated pins. The core of the cable is tin-coated copper – they are surrounded by aluminum foil, among other things, and then encased in a red PVC sheath. The cable is great for hard drives with SATA interface, mechanical drives, SSDs and for CD-ROM drives. The cable has clamps to secure the ends in place so that the connection between devices is stable.
